Is the Bar Cart included?  -

Yes however it can be hired by out other space prior to your booking so please ask when booking.

 

Do we have any noise restrictions? -

No but there is an event space in unit 3 so please be mindful of others using the precinct.

 

What is the guest number limit? -

75 for inside the space, this is guided by a per person square metre rule along with the number of toilets (2 toilets/ access for wheelchair?- yes) that we have. 

 

What is the cancellation policy?

Fully transferable non refundable 20% deposit. Cancellation within 7 days requires full payment.

 

Is the space BYO?

Yes

Is Tinyspaces Room (Backroom with Piano) included in the venue hire price? -

No the doors will be closed off, however it can be hired separately.

 

What is Bump in and Bump Out time?

They are the times you are allowed to access the space (Bump In) and the time you must exit the space (Bump Out). If you require additional time this must be included in your booked time and is charged accordingly.

 

If I hire bar staff what are the rules?

Must hold an RSA certificate, allowed to only serve for a maximum of 3 consecutive hours. If you hire Feld bar staff they are only trained to serve the following alcohol beverages; wine, champagne and beer ie no cocktails.

 

What are the cleaning fees?

For events under 75 people a cleaning charge is included in the venue hire price. For events of over 75 people an additional cleaning charge of $120 is added to your final venue hire payment made 7 days prior to your event.

 

What do we have to clean at the end of the night?

All food and waste must be taken to the appropriate bins and what does not fit into the bins must be taken away with you. Any items brought into the space for your event must be taken with your at the end of the event unless prior arranged with Feld at least 7 days prior to your event. Any Feld equipment / furniture used in the laneway must brought into the space.

 

Do we need ro clean the glassware/plates and cutlery?

No but as we have limited amounts you may feel you need to clean through the event. At the end of the event we do ask that the dishwasher is loaded and all glassware/plates and cutlery are rinsed and left in the kitchen.

 

What if something is broken or damaged?

Any items or property damages is charged to the client based on replacement value.

PLEASE PROTECT OUR PLANTS. Don't pour alcohol or ice into the plants. 

 

Is the Furniture interchangeable between Kindred Lane and Feld&Co?

No the Furniture can not be moved.
